Service Availability and Modifications
1. Service Uptime and Maintenance
While we strive to maintain continuous website availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or other circumstances may temporarily affect service availability.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance that may impact service access. However, emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notification.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ViewCraft website, including text, graphics, logos, images, code examples, and technical documentation, is the property of ViewCraft or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2. Client-Generated Content Rights
For contracted frontend development projects, intellectual property rights to deliverables will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:
- Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project
- ViewCraft retains rights to reusable components, methodologies, and general technical approaches
- Third-party libraries and frameworks remain subject to their respective licenses
- ViewCraft may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
3. License Grant
ViewCraft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for informational purposes and to request services. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our website content without explicit written permission.
4. Copyright and Trademark Notices
The ViewCraft name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ViewCraft. References to third-party technologies, frameworks, and products are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation unless explicitly stated.
Payment and Project Terms

Pricing for frontend development services is provided on a project basis and may vary depending on scope, complexity, timeline, and specific requirements. All prices quoted are in Japanese Yen (¥) unless otherwise specified.
2. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms typically include:
- Initial deposit required before project commencement
- Milestone-based payments for larger projects
- Final payment upon project completion and acceptance
- Payment due within specified timeframe (typically 30 days)
3. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and depends on project stage, work completed, and circumstances. Deposits are generally non-refundable once project work has commenced. Detailed refund terms will be outlined in service agreements.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time by updating this page. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
